feel lucky to be part of the team at Kalon! I have a Master’s Degree in Special Education with a focus in Emotional and Behavioral Disorders. I’ve worked in a variety of special education settings with students across different age groups and with a wide range of disabilities. These experiences have given me the opportunity to learn from different programs, teams, and approaches- and to see what can happen when a team truly works together to help students thrive.
Kalon’s dedication to helping students “become the best version of you” closely aligns with my own educational philosophy: teach the whole student. I believe that understanding and supporting the whole student is at the heart of helping students grow, build confidence, and find success. Fun Facts About Me: I grew up in Osakis, so I’ve been part of the area for a long time! I have three kids who keep me on my toes and give me a lighthearted outlook on life. We love animals and spending time outdoors- especially camping, fishing, and hiking.
