My name is Jeremiah Miller, and I have been teaching science to students in grades 5–12 for the past 13 years. I’m passionate about project-based learning and incorporating STEM approaches that give students opportunities to explore, create, problem-solve, and learn by doing. One of my favorite things is helping students build robots, troubleshoot challenges, and experience that moment when their creation finally works.
Outside of the classroom, I live on a hobby farm with my family, where I enjoy homesteading, fishing, hunting, and building things of all kinds. I bring that same curiosity and hands-on mindset into my teaching.
Most importantly, I want my students to take ownership of their learning and help build a thriving, positive classroom community. I look forward to growing alongside my students and creating a classroom where everyone is heard, valued, and feels that they belong.
